Excellent cross-country ski trails

The Landhaus Taurer is located right next to an important cross-country ski trail of the region.

The snowy area ensures beautiful views and pure winter fun.

25 kilometers of well-groomed cross-country trails for both beginners and advanced skiers can be found across the beautiful mountain landscape of Kals. Be enchanted by the impressive mountain and natural landscape with its many three-thousanders.

The trail network has no extreme slopes and connects the individual districts of the valley. It was awarded with the trail seal!

Ski and board fun in Kals, Großglockner

With 110 km of slopes on 2,200 ha of space, the Grossglockner Resort is the largest ski resort in East Tyrol.

Snow safety is ensured until spring. That is due to the fact that 90% of the area is covered in snow and three runs are covered by snowmakers.

These fantastic conditions also provide for great beginner areas in both Kals and Matrei.

Modern four-seat chair lifts leading up to 2,300 m as well as slopes of all difficulty levels prevent waiting times.
