We Serve "Osttirol" for Breakfast
A variety of fresh organic farm produce straight from our organic farm is served for breakfast at the Landhaus Taurer.
Wake up to a healthy start to the day with our delicacies straight from our organic farm such as Speck (traditional smoked bacon), sausages, Henkel (regional smoked meat speciality), spreads, jams, organic milk, yoghurt, curd cheese, and home-made elderberry-flower juice.
We are very proud of our new farm product, our Kalsertal cheese. We started using some of our fresh organic hay-milk to make cheese in 2020. Taste our tasty organic Kalertal cheese, as well as our Camembert. We also serve the popular regional delicacy "Glocknerkugeln", goat cheese from the Figerhof farm in Kals am Großglockner, for breakfast in the mornings.
The freshly baked farmers' bread is baked by Andrea, who still uses an old, handed-down recipe. Fresh bread rolls are delivered by a trusted regional baker from Huben (except on Sundays). Riccarda sometimes even includes special sweet surprises for our guests.
